The far-left propaganda machine has succeeded in souring America on conservatism by spreading the viscious lie that Bush was a sufficiently ideologically pure conservative. In fact, I think he was a communist.

I’m noticing this talking point appearing more and more in conservative circles. “Yeah, Bush may be the worst president since Warren G. Harding, but that’s only because he wasn’t a real conservative. If he was a real conservative everything would be sunshine and puppies right now.”
Oh yeah, and no true Scotsman wears unevenly patterned kilts.
